- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Your new automated phone system is terrible. There is absolutely no option to talk to a live person, and if you put in incorrect information or don't know your account number or access code, the system hangs up on you. One of the things that I love about working with a credit union is the personal approach, which is completely disappeared with this new system. Very disappointed.By Tanya Bramel, March 25, 2017
