- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Is there a no star option on this one! These are the most inconsiderate, biggest thief's out there and I'm surprised they're able to actually operate as a business. This is something that the attorney state general should be privy to. They will tell you they've sent information to you for which they havent. You can ask for your call to be recorded; yet, they will tell you that they don't record their calls. Of course they don't record their calls, because just like they tell you they've sent you certain pieces of US mail, they don't want a phone trail, they only want to be able to protect themselves. This is a fraudulent organization and should be shut down. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as writing a letter to the Oregon attorney state general's office.By Noe Oliver, December 10, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Every time I have been called by these ppl they were EXTREMELY rude! Never send me any kind of documentation, have called me at my place of work multiple times and after I explained I'm unable to pay due to financial situation asked me if my mother would pay.
