  Started banking here after I had enough of fees at Bank of America robbing me. Great place, with very helpful staff. Went to pick up my first credit card and the person who helped me took the extra time to explain the best way to use it

  Came in on July 31st for their shared credit union branch benefits. Came in again on August 2nd, and was told that unitus cancelled the benefits of shared branching services on the 1st. How come they couldn't have told me on the 31st that they were cancelling this service? Also, had 100 dollars in 20$ bills, and needed 100$ bills for convenience; THEY COULDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME NOTES BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. This may not be a big deal, but all banks I went to in my life allowed to switch notes even without having any accounts.

  Although Unitus provides good loan rates and quick online service, their debit and credit cards are liable to suddenly stop working about 3-6 months after being issued. Guys, please stop using cheap plastic!

  I went in to pay my credit card. She asked me how did I want to pay. I said well I do not want to pay any fees if possible, I can pay with debit or a check. She said you can use either one. So I thought using my debit card would be faster. Then she hands me my receipt and there was a 5.00 cash advance fee. I said to her that's what I was trying to avoid fees. She said sorry but we don't charge but maybe your bank does. That was it. I was like you do this everyday and you did not mention that to me. She said what's done is done.
