  I came into this store several times after the holidays complaining that I paid $150.00 for four day shipping to Oahu for my son who was in a treatment facility. These were items of such need on a daily basis. First the shipment arrived week later after the four day window, then I went to the store to talk to someone about getting my money back and they told me I had to wait until it arrived in Oahu. I did and went in again to complain about why it is taking such a long time. The individual told me he had to talk to the general manager to get this passed through for payment. Here it is 8-9 weeks later and still nothing. I just received a phone call from the GM stating she only has a 14 window to get payment back or I get nothing back, WOW are you joking! This is outlandish and pretty much upsetting in my eyes. She then told me I will get a call from this owner Don Mckenney today to tell me the something. I just got off the phone with UPS themselves and there is NO window to getting money back for the lack of service I paid for. I work in the service industry and this would never be tolerated.

  Never been disappointed (in the last 5 years) - always helpful - great service - very friendly (even if I come with our Golden Retriever). Could not think of a better service. Thank you.
