  When I was in design school I often turned to this UPS location for last-minute printing needs. For a designer, printing can be a daunting task as the machine, paper selection and heck, even the weather, can affect results. The folks at this UPS location are knowledgeable and helpful and always made me feel confident that I could get the results I was seeking (and I did!).

  Paid extra for overnight shipping. I wasn't home when they tried to deliver the first time (on Friday) so they sent it to my local UPS store. (which is all fine and dandy) but when I went to go pick it up on (Saturday morning) they said it was still in transit! That it wouldn't be at the UPS store until sometime Monday! I paid $15 for non-existent over-night shipping.. I had planned to mail wedding invites first thing Monday (tomorrow) and now that won't be happening. Very disappointing!

  I dropped an amazon return off and the employee said 'just leave it here' because there was a long line. So I dropped it off and he didn't offer a receipt so I figured that was standard procedure. When I hadn't received my refund after a couple weeks and amazon said that my package was never mailed. After speaking with the manager of this branch he said there was nothing he could do for me since I dint have a receipt. It seems that employee stole my package.

  So frustrated with an experience I had. I was printing for the first time and was told to print color was print to Printer 2. I printed the file and it came out in black and white. I brought it them and they said that I needed to change properties to color to get color. Because I had printed in black and white, they told me they had to charge me for both. I told them it's not fair to charge for the black and white copy since they had not explained that process to me. I had to argue twice to not be charged for the black and white copy. After they agreed not to charge me, they lectured me that I really should pay for the black and white since I cost them time and paper. You can't charge people extra money for not giving them proper instructions. Slimey business practice! It's like they are trying to nickel and dime you.
