- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Well after 8:00am and still not open. Apparently a staff member thought it was ok to be late with a line of 6 people who made it on time . Now will not be open for another 20 minutes and the late staff member decides to sit in her car , and then stood staring. Uncomfortable walking passed everyone she made late. Really , get it together we have to work today too. Your tardiness makes everyone else late too. Please be responsible for your own actions. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Always long lines with maybe 2 to 4 counters running with 5 to 6 people waiting...then two to three representatives running back and forth in the background. Very aggravating. Once up to the counter service is great.By wendy b, March 28, 2017
