- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I don't get the bad reviews -- this store is the best! The staff and owner are absolutely incredible, with the best customer service I've seen. Sure the store is busy - but have you tried your local Post Office? Plus - they are open on Saturdays (all day). I've been doing business with this store for almost five years (from shipping to packaging to mail handling) and have always had predictable good service. Unfortunately the internet tends to "attract" just the bad reviews. Well here is a good, honest review and this UPS Store (on Hawthorne) is five stars in my book.By Michael Pfost, September 15, 2017
